run far far away. i've heard horror stories about this product. A lot of people lost a lot of their hair with this. Just google easy straight.

I've heard nothing but bad things about this. Get Rusk Radical anticurl instead. It is half the price and works great, and the quality is superior. I suggest you read about chemical straighting before attempting to do it yourself. Verticalsinhair.com is a great site to get information about it.
