Hello all.  Can anyone give me any tips on how to achieve this look?  I have the basic cut and the color.  I just can't get my hair to look this way.  I end up with sticky blobs.  Do I use product before I dry or after?  What product?  I like this look because no matter what...you are "done".  I can go to the amusement park with my kids and ride without worrying about what my hair looks like when I get off the ride.  Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated.  Thanks, Kris

Hi, what I use for my hair is, "Got 2 b  glued hair spiking glue" you can get it at walmart, walgreens, etc..  it's around $5.00

It works wonders, I'm sure it would work for your hair!

blondespike....if you want a softer, touseled (sp) look, I recommend TiGi Bedhead Manipulator.....it is sort of like liquid plastic, not greasy and it washes out....it doesn't make your hair stiff.  Just dip two finger tips in and then warm it up by rubbing fingers together...you don't need much!  Then finger style your hair.  It is usually only available at salons, but I get mine at CVS.

Oops forgot to mention...use it after you dry your hair!

Thank you both.  I have used the spiking glue before when I had a spikier look.  But this look is softer, and I really don't want sticky.  I will give the Manipulator a try.  Thanks so very much.  Kris
