I have used this stuff with shrinkies in.  I prefer it for my hairpieces and flasher or dome for what's stuck to my head but in a pinch it didn't cause problems cause I tried to keep it off my roots.  Of course I also try to keep the flasher/dome off my roots too.

You can use it just try to stay away from the bonds(easier said than done).

can i use my oil products like proclaim http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/1256/631510 (p.s. it is for african american hair but i use it on my fine hair and it is sooo great, it adds lost of shine, takes away all frizzyness, and smooths without looking or feeling greasy)_ if i have shrinkies?
