Just leave it alone... nothing really can speed it up. Just be patient, in no time there will be growth. Remember, it is growing, a watched pot never boils.

i know that you will have to be patient like cmesweet said, and you have to drink lots of water, and try scalp massages everyday, and make sure you clip your split ends(i know cause the sides of me hair seems to grow slower than the rest of my hair)if you be patient, there will be benefits

onelover, i definitely agree with tgurl...plently of water, ends trimmed, and scalp massages...you may want to add keracare essential oils to your regimen [seriously] if you wear a wrap each morn when you comb your hair down use 2-3 DROPS of the essential oils on your ends [including the short ones at the back]...it may be that yor hari is growing at rates that are actually slower than the breakage...the reaule: you dont see the growth because of the breakage...so include the oils to help stop the breakage..as you apply, do as tgurl says massage the scalp--a tense scalp cannot grow hair--again plenty of water and try a multivitamin with a strong b complex [if it has biotin that's even better] if you can, purchase a 5-10$$ complex from an actual health store [all brands don't dissolve and get absorbed the same...] you may want to google andrew lessman he has a hair skin and nails complex [he's a doctor of naturopathy with a line of capsules that dissolve much better than other vitamins - - you may just wanna read about him b4 purchasing]

good luck!!
