I have blonde hair now and hate the texture. It is dry and frizzy. Then when I try to condition it it is weighted down. So will going back to dark ( I am about a 6 naturally) inprove the texture of my hair. When I used to color it dark, it usually felt nice and smooth and soft. Now it is dry and frizzy. Please help!

Dying it again will not help this condition.  It got dry and frizzy from being dyed blonde in the first place and dying it again is only likely to make this worse.  Going dark before was better for it because you went from dark to dark, and it did less damaging things to hair to do that than going blonde.

If your conditioner is weighing it down, try other brands to find one that makes it feel nice.   You can also try a mayo conditioning.  Put fatty mayo (not nonfat or miracle whip) on your hair and let it sit on it for an hour (you can clip it up or wear it under a bag to help make less mess).  Then rinse it out, shampoo and condition.  Mayo is a great moisturizer.
