I dyed my hair last night with Natural Instincts (demi permanent) Ash Blonde. It turned out pretty good, although I would like it to be a little darker. I have a natural golden blonde color, which after some dye problems, I had dyed back to that color about 6 months ago. Anyway, I was wondering how long I should wait to dye it again. I think I want to use permanent this time.

Well if you're thinking about dyeing your whole hair then I would
recommend waiting two months, go get a trim and then dye it so you
won't cause further damage to any split ends. However, if you only
intend on redoing your roots, you can do it up to two weeks later but I
usually only need to do it monthly and my hair grows fairly quickly. If
your color is prone to fading, you can "refresh" your roots in the last five
to ten minutes of retouching your roots by just running a comb through
them, starting at the roots. This shouldn't damage your hair like leaving
dye in for the whole time would, in theory.
you can go ahead and dye it again... i personally have done even 2 bleach jobs and 1 permanent hair dye in less then 1 week and no my hair didnt fall off lol i was fine.. evn thought nothing solved my issue of red tones good luck with whatever you decided.
