3-5 tablespoons of Flax Seed oil(use as an alternative to salad dressing)
Drinking 2-3 cups of sage tea a day
It's five weeks until my next touch-up after 15 weeks, so this will give me time to get in some last-minute growth. Once I get my relaxer, I'll have smooth roots, so then I'll be able to see EXACTLY how my results are faring.

yeah. but i dont measure my hair or anything. ive tried other supplements like l-cysteine but i stopped cos i have to take vit C or sth. aslo MSM. and im too lazy to get some vit C. ive tried a protein shake. i stopped cos i had to give it to my friend who decided he wanted to start working out. when i get serious, ill add the l-cysteine and protein shake to my vitamin regimen. my hair is really thing and biotin has helped make it a "little thicker" and stronger. MSM has also helped with my shedding alot. and all that has contributed to more growth than normal. err...i havent taken my vitamins in 3 weeks so i started again today

Hey, renee why don't you take your l-cysteine, and MSM with a glass of orange juice so that you'll get your Vit C that way instead of having to hassle with taking an extra tablet?

well, i dont drink orange juice much and i never remember to get it when i go to the store. even if i do, my brother drinks the whole thing so there's no point in wasting my money.
