 Ok I am new to this ya'll probably already have this same topic floating around here saying the same thing but I am new to this wave thing and i was wondering how can I get those 360 waves in a very short tyme because I want them for school my senior year. but I wasnt really bugging about it until a now so if any one have any ideas for me fel free to hit me up on my aim or yahoo or you can drop a message here becasue I want to know what kind of brush to use what kind of wave grease to buy and what type of durag to get.

iight let me drop u some info mayne
1. u aint gon get waves ova nite, it take a lotta time n work mainly brushin.
2. hair grease DOES NOT GIVE U WAVES its just for hold.
3. this is my take on what brush to use. When u just startin out I used a hard brush just to train my waves n to get a pattern started. I used a hard up untill I got my first haircut then I swiched to a soft then neva really went back to a hard. Cause the soft helps ya connection once u got a pattern.
4. dont matta what kinda durag u use just as long as u got one, myself I use a wave cap that I made outta a womans stocking.
5. Since ur just starting off I sugesst that u just do the h20 meth then when u get some waves u can use the hair grease if u want, but like I said it sont give u waves n u dont even need it cause I stoped usin hair grease a long time ago

yo goofy boi i say use King James method. 

Use pomade before your brush/du rag
Brush hair at most 1/1 � hours daily
Clean hair at least every other day to keep hair healthy
Brush hair in shower to make them more uniform
Wear du rag when not busy and to bed.
Spray du rag with water or moisturizer while wearing.
Get a hair cut every 2-4 weeks to make them deeper
While hair is long, comb hair as well as brush (hard brush)

and the h20 method is when u wet your hear and brush it tell is moist/dry and then put moisturizer in your hair, brush alil, put pomade in your hair, brush it, then du-rag it.

i's say for u to develope ya own method what works for one wont always work for all. But there is a basis for geting waves which is brushin or the H2O meth

Yo thanx for the good suggestions. i keep my hair cut every 2 weeks just becasue its a habit and i keep it low.. i aam not really looking for those deep deep waves but some thing nice and easy. But the thing is for me is that my hair grows back real quick and when i get my hair cut they always say that i have a good grade of hair becasue when i get it cuts its dry but i have those waves going every where but they are not enough for a person to notice and i don't brush my hair i just let it be and go. so could any one name a couple of good proucts that i can use, becasue i am going out tommorow to buy products and what are some really good shampoo i can use also.. my cousin was like if you want waves you cant wash your hair alot or you will wash your waves but i didn't listen to him because he don't even rock waves hes the type that do the braids and the shape up.. and when i get my hair cut i just get it cut low.. is the good or bad..

dont get is cut to low nuttin below a #1 cut i'd say. I just use ne shampoo i can find. N u shouldnt wash ya hair that much just because it will wash the natural oils n ya hair out n ya ish will b dry alot. i wash my hair maybe three times a week. product wise me n spinna gon tell u to cop some carrot creme lol it really good fo ya hair cause wit all the brushin that we do it helps prevent breakage plus it makes ya hair soft

yo thanks because now i got this ruff stuff and i am going to get it cut tommorow morning and i will just buy some carrot creme. and yo is there any paticular brand i should get and since my hair is always dry i should get some pink moisturizer right and a soft brush because i tried that hard brush once my cousin told me i had a very soft scalp and it gets sore and turns red quick and i am a brown skin person with some funny hair. its good on some days and some days its just extremely dry and don't know what to do with it so i just basically just let it do what it do..

some good products:

Pomade: murrays, dax, sportin waves

Moisturizer:pink lotion, motions,

brushes: u should ask your barber or a person who works at the store wats good brushes for waves they should know

got to sallys n cop a brush the carrot creme is at walgreens. u can get pink if u want but thats not the only moisturizer u can get i personal think that there r betta ones out there than pink
