hey i dyed my hair black months ago its alright but my skin is too pale for it. my hair is naturally reddy brown and i want to dye it to a medium ash brown. so whats the best way to get rid of the black so i can dye my hair to this colour please help

Black is not a hair color to be lightly toyed with.  I suggest going to a salon and get professional advice.

Also, if you have natural reddish brown hair, chances are you have a warm skin complexion.  A cool ash brown hair color might not best suit you.

Black and Red in my experience are the devil when it comes to getting them out.

I went from Black to red hair and it took three stages, and even then there were dark patches (they faded after a while though).

Not even bleach works well on black hair:

Funny thing - black you cannot get rid of and red (at least for me) you cannot keep.
