I have never tried Cool, but I have Be Delicious.  I like it pretty good but it is not a perfume that I wear or would want to wear everyday.  I would definately get tired of it too quickly.  I got it for Christmas last year and to be honest with you, I have probably not wore it ten times.  The scent that I wear more than any other is Ralph Lauren Blue.  Hope this helps.
