hey I was wondering if there is anyone who has
length or healthy hair who uses heat everyday,, i

every day and im not sure whether its the deep
conditioning or the less heat but my hair feels better
and is shinier . I never had much of a problem with
daily heat once i got a good ceramic and only use it
on low heat,, my hair still grew in beatifully,,, is it
possible to maintain healthy hair using hear 5 days
a week???
Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED

If you don't have any problems using heat everyday you are very lucky.  I think heat that often is damaging so I don't use it everday.  The most I use it is once every two weeks when I wear my hair straight.  I think if I used the flat iron more my ends would fry and split real bad.  I just wrap my  hair at night and take it down in the morning....it usually comes out smooth and has a nice bend to it.

I'm not sure if it's possible to maintain healthy hair using heat 5 days a week...it's hard to tell, but if you're not having any problems with it then great!
