My names Thom. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what type of haircut this is or how it is acheived/cut?

I was thinking it might be feathered/cut all different lengths?

Sometimes, stylists know best how to achieve certain styles, such as the one pictured.  Take a printout of the picture to stylists and ask them.
