okay, i`ve wondered across this message board in hopes someone can help me with my little delima. i had al my hair cut the same leangth back in march in hopes that i could just let it all grow out again. my face is rather long, and i have a very prominant jawline. i also have been wanting to do something with my hair to bring out my eyes and put less emphasas on my big schnoz. my hair is at shoulder leangth but i really can`t stand having it all one leangth because it looks like hell on me. it`s very easy for me to look horsey and i really want to avoid that. i have been contemplating putting very light inside layers around my face and possibly a few wisps in the front a little shorter then the rest. i`m NEVER going to cut bangs in my hair again so that`s out of the question. i`m wondering if the few light layers [most likely done by me, myself and i since my stylist has not a clue what i mean when i explain this] would put a damper in growing my hair out or if it could possibly put emphasis on the wrong features. ??? help?

I don`t know much about the emphasis your hair puts on your features, but you really don`t seem to like having your hair all the same length, so just go ahead and put in a few little layers. It shouldn`t bother your hair growing out, unless you want to have it all one length when you get it to the length you want it, then the fastest way to get it long would be to leave it alone(otherwise you will have to grow it until the shortest layer is at the length you want your hair and then cut it so it`s the same length).
