products to grow hair longer?

From what I've read on this forum, some have success with hair growth formulas, but most say it isn't worth the money you pay.  The best thing to do to grow your hair long is to eat well and take good care of your hair (lots of good advice on how to do this by reading here a little ... stay away from heat styling, bleaching, coloring, etc).  Typically hair grows on the average of 6 inches per year.  Some say their's grows more and others say it grows less.  Jennifer's hair pictured here does grow a bit faster .. more along the lines of 8 inches per year.  Hope this helps.
