hair dye stain the back of your neck?

ok so after coloring my hair light and dark for years i have been aware that the back of my neck is somewhat getting a lil dark.. umm does anyone know of any good products to make that go away.. its almost loosk dirty but its like when you dye your hair dark and it leaves with you a dark forehead, but this time it doesnt wash off you know.. but in the back of your neck. ok let me know people. thanks.

You can pick up hair colour stain remover from your local hair supplier,like Sally's. I've just dyed my hair dark after being blonde for years and i've been using the remover since saturday!! It is working though!!
