American Dream don't sell online yet as far as I know, but I believe
they plan to soon. I'd recommend getting their brochure though. it
has some inspirational stuff in it. Their phone number is 0800 085
2294.
Wa-wa seems to be pretty easy to find online if you live in the States
- some of the other ladies on here have tryed it so will be better able
to tell you where - I believe Ebonyline.com carry it.
The Sensationnel stuff you mentioned, Pro10 isn't available anywhere
in the UK yet as far as I know. I even contacted Sensationnel direct
about it and they referred me back to my wholesaler who haven't got
it yet either! (Personally I like Sensationnel hair, but I don't use the
blonde shades as it's generally over processed like most Beauty
supply store hair. It's generallising a bit to say it's all cheap hair - the
Goddess Remi Line is far from cheap and I have heard good reports
of that.
Anyway as all the brands you mention are Thermofibre types, one
brand I have tryed and love is Janet Collection Hot Stuff Fusion. Like
all the thermofibres it's quite hard to find, but I got it from
www.pakcosmetics.com.

I used to wear sensationnel premium plus and that stuff was certainly not cheap.  I believe I paid around $85-90 for 24 inch deep wave.  It looked nice for sometimes an entire month total sh*t for for the next 2 months.  Oh I certainly do NOT miss it.
