I been a lurker on the forum for a while and now i've decided to post because I want to try and spike my hair.   I'm african american btw.

What did this kid do to get his hair like this.  I assumed he just texturized then used gel but I really put my finger on it.

yeah i agree with yall, and afta you put the gel in it would

be good if you applied some super holding spritz such as

Pump it up by (bb) bronner bors. i think. so it can freeze ya hair in

place so it will be spiked the whole day.

i have no idea on spiking hair at all. i'd ask some one at a beauty salon or somethin my hair wont spike at all if i wanted it 2

This topic is kind of old now but I still have a question.  Would it be better to use a woman's perming kit for this or just S-Curls texturizing kit?
