has anyone had success with the u tipped hair from his and her?

I had a client get the I tip and the tips were to large for my med pro tubes so I had to use micro links large! The hair felt weird allmost like synth. I bet it is the same hair they use for u tip. I have'nt had a chance to talk to client again yet, so I don't know what she thought of the hair. She was trying to save on the cost of ordering EP hair. If she hates it we will be back to ep.
