exactly, why would u use them? Unless of course yous have yours off... you have eyebrows why take em off and draw/tattoo em on?
It's a weird idea however. Hmmm

hi i have a friend who does this for a living. They're great if you have very fine brows or indeed no brows at all but otherwise people who are so used to using liners, get them tattoo'd on so save them time in getting ready for work and stuff. she also does lip line, eye line, eye shadow and full lip colour. very pricey though.

The hair on top of my head isn't super blonde, but my eyebrow hairs are.
Seriously, I've got tons of eyebrow hairs, but they're just invisible. So I
was drawing them on through all that hair until I got taupe brow and
black eyeliner tattoos in April. Ran me $850, but she did it in 3 sessions
until I was perfectly satisfied, so I'm a happy customer. (Takes me 3
minutes to put on the rest of my makeup, woohoo!) Tattooing the
eyebrows didn't hurt cuz of all the lidocaine (sp?), but the eyeliner hurt
like bloody 'ell because that part RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR EYEBALL doesn't
numb too well. Anyhoo, looking at all my permanent makeup lady's
previous work, all the eyebrows are a little different, tailored to each
person's face... there isn't a stencil to be found in the place. That's why
I'm thinking these "temporary tattoos" would be a disaster, so I second
Kalika's opinion.
