Hey, I naturally have quite curly hair, but for a photo I want to do I need to have bigger looser curls, and I'm not quite sure how to do this.

I've tried with a curling iron, but I just get in a mess, sand I've tried wrapping it around a pencil while I dry it, but I get the same mess again - It's shoulder length atm, any suggestions anyone?

Try setting your hair in medium sized rollers. There are a few threads around the site that tell you how to use them. Good luck, I hope the photo turns out good!
