protection sprays

I use Redken heat glide and Matrix smoothing iron spray. They are exellent. Not only does it protect hair, but makes it really shiny and soft. My stylist also used Paul Mitchell Super skinny Serum on my hair the other day before blow drying, and it worked great. I still won't change my Redken heat glide though, It has kept my hair healthy after a year of using a flat iron. You can read my post on "the fight agains humidity for more detailed instructions.
