I'm looking for suggestions on a good leave-in hair conditioner. Does anyone use one? If so, which one and what benefits do you get?

I have one that I don't use very often, but its good.  Its a spray on type, made by Ion and I got it at Sally beauty supply.  It is full of silicones so its benefit is that it helps keep hair detangled.

i like the Pantene daily renewal treatment spray... it makes my hair really nice and smooth

Thanks ladies... sounds good! I've tried some Pantene products before... nothing by Ion. I'll check them out.
