ok had some nice waves deep then i got my hair cut to today and i told
the barber ATG and when he was done i saw that my waves were nice but
then when i wash my hair put condtion in and brushed they was not' as
noticable and I am thinking when he was cuting my hair he was cuting it
back and then brushed it forward he didn't cut forward.the way my waves was going. So what do yall
think i should do cuz i was using carrot cream and i grew my hair out
for like 6 weeks

What length did he cut your hair ATG, I do mine with a #3 which is 1/4 of a inch, any lower than that is not good unless you got a well trained wave pattern.

Don't worry, keep brushing and they will come back even faster.
Take a look through my webshot photo album---> http://client.webshots.com/user/datdude007 that's me my fist 3weeks, my waves were okay looking. and then I got a super low cut, and just like you my pattern was there untill I started brushin and it then started to fade. Then a month later a spinnin 10 times better than I did before my haircut.. So don't worry keep brushing with the carrot cream and your waves will come in even faster just like me.

YEAH I WAS PISSED WHEN THAT HAPPENED TO ME. I ALMOST QUIT THE WAVE GAME. BUT RIGHT AFTER THAT HAPPEN PUSHA CALLED ME OUT ON A WAVE BATTLE AND THAT IS WHAT GOT ME MOTIVATED TO PUT IN THE WORK AND COME BACK SPINNIN EVEN HARDER.
when he was done i saw that my waves were nice but then when i wash my hair put condtion in and brushed they was not' as noticable
so they were ok right after ur cut? and they didnt become less noticeable until u washed ur hair?... did u du-rag after brushing? i think if they were ok b4 u washed, a good du-ragging will take care of this. other than this, BRUSH.

aight cool. but just so people know. wahl clippers are different so read the guard before you cut.
He's right about the clipper numbers being different with different name brand clippers. Just know how long you want your hair in inches. Cause some of these barbers are out to lunch when it comes to active listening skills.
Look to the skies and keep your eyes on the prize! I been through Hell but, STILL I RISE!
