Hey, I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but do you know if the PH hair pretipps have keratin on the tips to do fusion with????? Or, just regular and can be used with shrinkies or whatever? Thanks!

nope pretipps arent done with keratin
for shrinkies and rings

fusion bondings are done with keratin : )
