Hi! I don't know about what kinda "products" you can use on your hair. You don't want to put too much gel stuff because ultimtately it will make your hair look even thinner and sparse, cuz it will weigh your hair down. Something like a "voluminizer shampoo with a voluminizing conditioner" will help.
I'm a natural remedy kinda girl... most of the time anyways So i know eating peanuts, almonds and incorporating sea food in your diet will actually get your hair to be more abundant, healthy and strong
I know the natural stuff can be more time consuming cuz you have to wait for those proteins to get into your system but it will make your hair a lot stronger in the long run than just some "hair product".
Hormones can change thickness, but I don't think there are any real ways to thicken hair. Of course there are products out there that will coat the hair shaft and make slightly bigger strands, which could fool the eye. I've tried Suave Citrus Smoothie and Giovanni Direct Leave-in that have this effect.
I use sunsilk shampoo with the ginseng thingy, it says it makes hair thicker.
Also, how am I supposed to shampoo my hair (Put on hair, froth up,
wash) Should I repeat this? or just do It once?, and on what basis
should I shampoo my hair?
Don't repeat. The application of shampoo is only supposed to be done once for every hairwash. Shampoo your hair when it gets greasy, or when it feels dirty, or after a workout.
Use only a dime-sized amount for shorter hair and a quarter-sized
amount for longer hair. Emulsify in hands first and then apply to scalp,
gently massaging roots. Don't apply to any hair below ear level.
When conditioning, most people only need to condition below ear level,
especially with fine or thin hair.
