Depending on how creative you are, I'm sure you could make it out of fishnet stockings! :)

I'm pretty sure they would have something like that at a beauty supply store or a wig store or something like that. Otherwise jsut try the stockings.

I've seen a lot of them on ebay, including pretty hand-crocheted ones.  I'm sure if you look around there, maybe put out a watch, you can find some.  I can't help with search words, though, as I only accidentally found them while looking for other stuff.
