I read on the net that ginger is great for stimulating circulation and can aid in hair growth. Is this good for my scalp? I have ground ginger on my spice rack.

Putting ginger ON your scalp probably won't do anything because the moment hair emerges from the scalp, it is dead and the only thing you can do is keep it moist. You would have to eat the ginger in cooking or on it's own if you were feeling brave... It's meant to be really good for you so try it and tell you if your hair suddenly grows!

Ingesting very spicy foods can make you perspire.  Does it improve circulation, too?  Nothing works as well as vigorous cardiovascular exercise.  Truly the fountain of youth (works for me!).
