 hi,

 

I am an indian who has awfully straight long hair. i want a new hairstyle in which there is bounce and they are a little wavy.right now they go limp and there is no bounce. i would like to keep the same length of my hair which is upto my shoulders. please advice on a nice hairstyle to solve my problem... also let me know can i go to great clips of hair for my new hairstyle...

a layered cut to frame your face and some soft curls to give it more bounce.

 thanks so much for your reply but i dont think the soft curls will stay in my hair for more than a day. is there any way to have these soft curls permanently .. if yes do let me know what exactly i need to tell the hairstylist to get the above look.

if you want permanent curls, get a soft perm. its very loose curls in hair.

but what i think is, that you should just blow your hair using a a round brush and some shine enhancing hair product, to add fullness and shine to your hair. sometimes natural is better, especially for ethnic people. maybe you could find someone here that can tell you the proper way to blow dry your hair or just go to a salon for a wash and ask the stylist how to blow your hair according to your style.

thanks so much... thats exactly wht i am going to do.. i have already got my hair cut in layers .. though i think i needed some more...

and yes whenever i have to go out will blow dry my hair and put it in rollers....
