i was wondering if it is okay to use colorfix on vegetable dye (the one i used was manic panic). i was thinking of adding some colorfix to shampoo and washing it out, but if any of you know of a better way to remove this color, i'd be glad to hear suggestions. by the way, i used a purple color over my hair, just yesterday, that was colored med. brwn/ drk brwn. and i would also like to know what would happen if i just dyed over the vegetable dye. thanks in advance for you help!!

I don't think colorfix can be used on a vegetable dye, it works on permanent dyes not semi or demi.  You can strand test to see. 

Also not sure what would happen if you dyed with dye over a vegetable dye.  Maybe someone else knows.
