Bad Texturizer Experience

Once again I had a bad experience at the salon.  I went to have the rest of my perm cut off and get a texturizer.  When she rinsed out the texturizer my hair was straight at the roots and still really super thick.  The only thing the texturizer did was make my hair very easy to comb through but it still looked like it was completely natural.  It looked like a jacked up afro or something.  The stylist claimed she didn't leave the texturizer in long enough and she said if I came back a few days later she would do it again and then it would come out better.   She said if she did it again my hair would not appear so thick and so on.  Oh, plus she gave me an uneven cut too.  One side of my hair is obviously longer than the other.   Has anyone had this experience with a texturizer before.  I am done dealing with salons for good.
