...how long can it be saved?  I'm planning to buy a kit for when I go to get my hair done again, but I'd like to bring it home with me if there's enough left for another application in February or March.  Can it be saved for that long?

That is a good question.  I received my kit last Friday and installed half yesterday.  I am saving the other half for my next application.

Hmm.  Well, it should be here tomorrow.  We'll see if there's even any left over to save - the hairdresser says that my hair eats up the perm very readily.  So I might be spending $60 for this one shot.

How does your hair look, Myfairlady?  Noticeably different than with other relaxers?  Did you use Index 1 or 2?

My hair is bouncy but it's usually bouncy after a relaxer.  I used Index 2 for my hair type.  Hopefully, I will be able to notice a true difference within the next week or two.

I only spent $48 for the relaxer plus s/h.  The package was sent by priority mail and I received lots of free samples from the Phyto product line.  Yippie free stuff!

Wow, where did you order yours from?  I ordered from here and got a sample of Phytojoba (which I recall smelling really, really good) and Phyto 9.

Oh, poop.  The S&H brings the price up to nearly $60.  Oh, well, should have known better.   I'll be seeing the hairdresser tomorrow, so I'll post results and pictures on Saturday, when I get back in town.
