I know a friend who use to do that put the black sportin waves in with out hot water and his waves was still spinning.

Yeah, WHEN i do use sportin waves, i don't ever use a hot rag...but i only use it after my hair has grown out a lot and pink oil just won't make my hair look okay in my eyes.
