I do think her hair might have grown a little in that picture though, but it's the only one I could find.  Personally, I don't think she should have her hair that short, a little longer seems to flatter her face more in my opinion.  And by a little longer I mean nothing past chin length but also not shorter than ear length.  I think her long hair makes her neck look like it's 3 times longer than it is, not pretty.  A chin length cut with a lot of layers (starting from ear length) would look good on her in my opinion.

Oh well I guess the ones that liked her with long hair. We just have to wait for her to grow it back out.

Stars stock up for Christmas

IT looks like Act 1, Scene 1 from a '70s stage show, but
it's just Australian music's golden couple Daniel Johns
and Natalie Imbruglia after a day's Christmas shopping.

The couple, back in town to spend Christmas on the
Central Coast and in Newcastle with their families, used
Sydney as centre stage for their shopping spree ahead of
going up north for festivities.

While Imbruglia grew up on the Central Coast and Johns
is a true blue Newcastle lad, the pair yesterday
negotiated the city, referring to a Sydney guide book.

In their second solid day of battling the pre-Christmas
crowds through Pitt St Mall, Johns and Imbruglia, who
was sporting a new short hairdo, spent time in an
adventure store, a book store and a florist before
heading back to their city hotel.

Johns, who has kept up a buffed physique since
recovering from reactive arthritis, has been revelling
in the Aussie summer, lapping up Homebake earlier this
month and preparing for his Hunter Valley performance
with Silverchair.

She can get it put back in whenever she likes. It was only around her shoulders anyway. I quite like the change. Looks healthier.

I liked the short and the long hair.Both looked cute on her.She looks great in either,just as long as she doesnt try something crazy like platinum blonde.

While on the subject of cutting hair, did you see the cut that Daniel had? For those of you who dont know Natalies BF Daniel is the singer in Silverchair. I liked alot better long, but on the other hand i dont think he can look bad IMO.

Silverchair? Never heard of them! That's a very half hearted chop by Natalie. She needs to either cut it shorter, or let it grow.

In my opinion, I do like this particular cut, but it does look somewhat like a nice short "mommy" cut.

Now this may sound a little silly, but if you look at the clothes Natalie is wearing, they are hardly sassy "rock chic". The conservative floral dress adorned with a nice cardigan, makes me think of "plain and homely". Again, I like this appearance on her.

What I am wondering is............perhaps as Natalie is enjoying time with her family, maybe she wants a break from the "rock star/celebrity/actress" image/lifestyle during family times and maybe this is the reason for the toned down image with the "soccer mom" short hairdo and the nice homely clothes.

Only an opinion, I think she looks lovely, wondering what everyone elses take on it might be?

She has such a gorgeous face....long hair actually detracts from it! A short short pixie is THE look for her IMO.

It could mean she's getting up the courage to go ultra short in two stages--she's had long hair for a long time now. On the other hand, if she doesn't feel comfortable at present, she's also in a position where she can easily grow out.

Well she screwed it up with so many extensions and colours, not to mention heat styling. Maybe she's growing it back the right way. Or maybe fatmoogas is right about going ultrashort. I liked her long hair. Her current hair looks like she's preparing to start a family and is going for low maintainance
