Just wanted to know how long u guys brush for me to do the same wont do no 1 hour on ech side though lmao
Yo done figured this rap sh*t out i map sh*t out strategically. Timing is everything and it seems to be the key.

i do 5 minutes each, until ech section has been brushed 3 times. then i return to normal life for maybe an hour, then do the whole thing over again.

I do five each side then I brush in my wave patern for maybe 15 min
