I have stick strait hair and I want to make it look naturally wavy and more shiney. I don't want to crunch my hair though. How do I do this?

I don't know what you mean by crunch.  Are you still growing your hair?  If so try braiding it in french braids when its wet to get waves (maybe add a little mousse if you need help with hold).
