Need Help with hair!!!!

Hmm, I believe you should get a textured cut. Just bring the picture to your stylist and ask him for that cut. If your hair isn't that long already, I suggest waiting until it's a bit longer so your stylist can have room to work with. After the cut, use a strong wax with a matte finish so that it has that dry, non-shiny look. The wax will help separate the strands of hair. Good luck and I hope this helps.
