I think she once cut it to her collar bone then grew it back to her "Std" look.  Which, mind you isn't bad!  That being said I love to see her venture out just a little.  Whether her hair is 2 inches below her shoulders or 6 it's the exact same style. You can tell by how well she keeps up with her color she spends plenty of time in the salon yet no one can get her to change up a little?

Sounds like someone who had a really bad hair disaster at some point, and is now terrified to try anything else new again for fear it'll turn out badly.  Unfortunately, it seems to happen to a lot of women -_- .
