QuoteReplyTopic: Growing longer hair, trouble with sides Posted: January 31 2006 at 1:05pm
I'm trying to grow my hair longer, but the hair between my eyes and
ears is giving me trouble. My hair is generally straight, but when I
don't have my hair cut that specific area will get out of order and
curly. It seems pretty minor to go get my haircut over something small,
is there a good sideburn trimmer or other method of dealing with this?
Thanks.

After a certain length I don't think it bothers you anymore. Trust me I
know what you are talking about. I had this problem about amonth
ago, then my mom made me go get my hair cleaned up to grow in better
(she still doesn't like the idea of my hair getting longer even if it
is just past my eyes) and my sides were really bad, hard to maintan and
curling really badly. I don't get this anymore, I am not sure why.
They're usually pretty straight after that so maybe you should jsut go
talk to your hair stylist about it. Once they get a little bit longer
you can just straighten them to how you want them to look. Mine have
seemed to stop growing though =/ I have no idea why they are just to
like the bottom of my ear lobe =/ I need them longer.
