Hello ladies I was wondering is the tape applied to the scalp or the natural hair? Also can you all still wear your hair in a pony tail. Thanks so much

Apply the tape to the hair just below where you part it.  There is a demo at http://shrinkies.net/protacdemo.htm.

Since it is toupee tape, I imagine that it could be applied directly to the scalp if necessary, though.

I can easily wear my hair in a ponytail, even a high one.  Just make sure you have enough hair left out in front and on bottom to cover the wefts.
