Hello ladies I'm looking for some hand tied hair that will match the texture of relaxed hair (african american). Any suggestions?

Also how many wefts do you all use on average to do a pro-tac install?

Thanks

can i ask why you are wanting hand tied as opposed to machine sewn?

i would suggust ebonyline and hairpiece.

or try Amms indian wefts i hear they are great

I've heard that Bohyme Saharian Smooth matches relaxed hair or His & Hers Perm Straight.

Tangles Hi

I wanted to get hand tied because I heard that since the weft is smaller its less bulky at the scalp and looks more natural....Is this true?

If not I wouldn't mind using the regular tracks/wefts

hi lil

that is true, however, my experience is they are much thinner meaning you need more to get more fullness. it does look more natural though.

I dont find the machine sewn wefts bulky, honestly. Does anyone have any opinions on using the hand tied wefts with pro-tac?

Yes protac doesn't work at all with hand tied, the weft comes out in the wash x

I have some Bohyme textured smooth, and it has a really small weft.  Plus you can cut it.

http://www.jetsetextension.com/ was getting some good reviews. They send out a free sample, too.

I've ordered from Hair Sisters many times and have always been pleased.

I don't know what happened with my hand-tied either under the the bonding strips. I doubled the row; one machine weft, one hand-tied on two rows and on both of them, the hand-tied fell out after the first wash and the machine weft stayed in 6 weeks.
