Kimberly- Thanks for the links! I am so excited, but I've decided to wait
to get a doggie until I have some yard or something. But when I do, I'm
going to rescue one!
Emma- Hope your dog feels better! It's the saddest thing having someone
we love sick. But that's good he's showing improvement!
Synne: Dude, that's a lot of ice! We get hoarfrost, which is very pretty,
but nothing compared to that slick coat of clear ice! (can't tell you how
many times I spelled hoarfrost as "wh0refrost", until a more seasoned
Alaskan clued me in)
Emma, I'll be thinking about your shar pei pup! I hope he gets better
soon.
Naked Eye, your dog is the cutest! He could be a poster dog for a
kibble company, bringing in the newspaper like that!
Yeah, we were hesitant to get another dog because we don't have a yard
either, and it was VERY difficult with two hyper labs. But Cutter has
turned out to be great, because he's so laid back on a leash, and his little
legs don't require as much exercise. I think we'll have shelties for the rest
of our lives, and we're on the waiting list if another sheltie gets rescued
and needs a home.
Last night, hubby and I were walking Cutter around the block, and we ran
into ANOTHER MOOSE! I swear, I need to stop looking at my feet when
I'm walking, cuz I was 20 feet away from smacking into the bull's behind
when hubby grabbed me by the back of my jacket. Of course, I then see
the moose, instinct to run kicks in, and I turn 180 degrees and run
SMACK into my hubby. Very 3 Stooges, I'm afraid. We think Cutter
doesn't see so hot at night, because he didn't make a peep.
My hair is a blend of two color blends of Bohyme... one is 18/22, and the
other is 10/16, I "think".... threw the tag away, oops. It is a great match
to my own hair. My stylist curled my hair for that one photo, and I
haven't been able to curl my own hair like that since. Arms... so... tired...

Hoarfrost, yeah, I know that. We have it all trough winter. I have to get to the car 10 minutes before I have to go, to get the hoarfrost of it , so I can see anything when I“m driving. But these days I had to start the car (if I could open the danm door ), and then go in to my house again, and wait untill the car had melted the top layer of ice.
Anyway, April is coming soon, and then SPRING ....
