i need out of state extentionist

i needed to add this:

i prefer a few things before i refer anyone.

experience, must have done at least 25 full head installs. Have a website, a portfolio, have some type of professional training, classes, certification. I really  prefer a liscensed stylist, however if all above requirements are met, i would possibly overlook the liscensing.

I get calls every week from out of state and if someone is wanting my imput and my opinion on who to refer, i have to be able to have trust and confidence in their work.
