I was just wondering if hair vitamins REALLY aid with growing African
American hair. What do you think helps grow our hair and also retain the
length so that you can actually notice some growth in the end? Thanx in
advance!

Hair is hair no matter who is growing it. It is made of the same proteins, the o nly thing different is the structure.   Vitamins will not make your hair grow faster but it can help with your overall health which will show in your...the hair that is presently coming out of your scalp while you take the  vitamins.
