That song is sampled meaning that that voice in the background is from another song just sped up. I screwed the track and extracted the beat on acid pro and the song says "you are God, you are king, You are Goooooood" (the person is saying God but draggin the o out)

This topic reminds me of what people used to think about rock and roll albums in the 70's. The thought back then was if you played a KISS album back wards, they were worshiping the devil. If what your trying to hear is something evil and devil worshiping you're definitely going to hear it because unselfconsciously that's what you are setting your mind for.
