So I finally bought Creme Of Nature last weekend and tried it out. I think it is a good shampoo and co...but I noticed that I got the regular formula instead of the Anti-Dandruff, and my hair was still rather flaky afterwards.. but not too much. I also bought the Reconstructing Formula Con for brittle, damaged, hair, which I'm not sure I want to use this every few days because it is a RECONSTRCUTOR..which can either make or break your hair. My hair felt great after the shampoo .. but it was slight irregular after the conditioner. So what's with the CO..should I use it often or no?
From personally experience, I always use a moisturizing conditioner after I use a reconstructor. If I don't my hair feels "off" and somewhat dry and brittle. Granted I never tried CON line but I heard great things about the shampoo. But I am thinking of trying the clarifying shampoo since I have a corner left.

Let me ask you this: does it say reconstructor? Also is the main ingredient some kind of animal protein like keratin, collagen, etc? Those are the kinds you need to use a moisturizing conditioners. There are some that don't require moisturizing conditioner. One that stick out in my mind is AtOne reconstrutor.

No it doesn't say any of that! It just says Reconstructing Formula with Silicones & Protein. It just says its a conditioner for dry & brittle hair. Check out the products offered by Creme O Nature
