Heya Guys.... I have posted here before about this hair style.

I have new pictures of me and new pictures of the style. I will post the links here for the pictures and ask anyone just for help to put my mind at rest.

^ this is me now, I dyed my hair one time in June then again two weeks later in July, then again 3 weeks later. Then i didn't redye it until September. My hair hasn't even got that visible roots at the moment ( i dyed my hair with Movida Semi permanent Black)

This is the style i want to achieve : (NEW PICS)

Basically i want to get this style. I am in the UK and was wondering if anyone of you could guestimate how much this would cost me to get and whether the hair dresser would have to bleach my hair. I was expecting for the cut, Dye (like in the picture) and what ever they had to do to remove this dark brown black color which isn't fading anymore... i was guessing at around £100.00 but never been to the hair dressers for any thing like this before.....could anyone shed some light please...this has been bothering me for weeeeeks and just would like to put my mind at rest!

thank you all soo much

I can't at all guess how much they'd charge for that (I'm not in the UK and don't frequent salons), but what you will need is to get them to remove the black dye using colorfix (its safer for your hair than bleach, but may not work on some dyes - they'd know better if it would work when you tell them what you dyed it with), or if not colorfix, they'd bleach the black dye out, tone or dye it to a natural shade of blonde, and cut it into the layered style.  So, I'd call salons near you and ask them how much they'd charge to do all of that.
