Lusters Pink Oil!  It made my hair so dry that I would put on more to try and combat the dryness not realising I was making the problem worse!   Plus I could never distribute it throughout my hair and it caused lint and tangles.

Herbal Essences. I really dislike those products. They make my hair dry, brittle, and tangled. (I used them a loooong time  ago)

They smell nice though.

L'oreal's Studio Line Springing Curls Mousse.

I used it once and ended up having to wash my hair again before the day was over and using 2 leave in conditioners and 2 hair moisturizers because it made my hair SO FREAKING DRY in a short amount of time. I sent that back to the company for a refund.

Hair type: who knows?
Length: 23 inches as of 3/10/06
MY HAIR IS OFFICIALLY BRA STRAP LENGTH!!

Not a personal experience, but a friend of mine used the ORS Olive Oil Home relaxer kit.  So much of her hair fell out.  It was so thin when she was done.

deexox I agree with the hollywood products. I used the carrot cream thinking that I was on to something because of the ingredients and boy was I wrong. I had a gummy flake up build up in my hair. what a a waste

Not exactly sure which product it was, but it was a conditioner from Pantene. After all the detangling that I did...I put that mess on and my hair was tangled more than ever and crispy and it was still wet during all of this.  Threw that hot mess away, no wonder it was just sitting in the cabinet.

I used to use Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and Conditioner on my hair. then one day they changed the labels. my goodness. i didnt think a new appearance would affect me. But it was so drying. No matter how much i conditioned.
I used to get the Infusium leave in from Philly all the time, but the Infusium bought in Canada I find is just not good. I find it does nothing for your hair except wet it.

Paul Mitchell never again. . I tried that leave in conditioner and cried all the way back to the shower.  My hair was just cracking and breaking off after i came out from under the dryer hood. I couldn't comb it.
But again, this is stuff bought in Canada. I find the products here suck. They are just not the same as the ones in the U.S.

Garnier Fructis Length & Strength. Stripped my hair and made it dry and rough. Worst shampoo & conditioner combo I've ever used

Breakthru and Optimum. Breakthru broke through my hair and Optimum dries out my ends...almost like ends of a match. I guess i had an optimum disadvantage of seeing a breakthough for my hair(lol!)

My hair did not agree with Hollowood Carrot Cream or the cholesterol.  They made my hair hard, I had to re-shampoo my hair after it was dry, and I used a hooded dryer.

Oh  my god! I've been using the Herbal Essences kind that's supposed to help dry/color treated/ permed hair. I've been having problems with frizzy hair but i just thought it was because of the summer. The more I think about it, maybe it's that stuff that's doing it. I'm still learning about this stuff though.

I bought six bottles of Herbal Essence for dry color treated hair.  Because, they were on sale, and people have raved about them.  I did not like this product, it made my hair hard, and tangled.  I am getting good results now, by adding olive oil, and or a moisturizing conditioner.
