I can't figure it out...i just can't.  Also, will I be using them if I am going with clip in hair extentions?

I use mine with clip-ins. That method is more permanant than clip-ins. I
do a full install with protacs, then clip in the top layer. Also, I now have
clip-ins that I put in between the pro-tacs if I want crazy full hair. It
would probably too much to wear normally (it's in total over a pound of
hair) But it looks nice when I go out. The pro-tacs help the clips from
slipping, it's nice!
