ringworm

hey i am new here , and i want to ask yall a question : i went to the barber about 3 weeks ago and about three to four days my head had a few small bumps at the back ofmy head ,i did not pay it anymind .then about three weeks later noticed that my hair at that section did not grow with all the other hair on my head yes it was a patch. i was told it was ringworm and also told that lamisil is good is that true help me please on what to use
