Hi all. I'm debating my first pro-tac install and I get my dark roots bleached and toned at Toni & Guy and I was wondering if being under the heat lamp when processing the color will affect the pro-tac? It doesn't affect the fusion or wefts I've worn in the past.

 

Just wondering if anyone has experience with being under heater with pro-tac in.

I don't think it will have any effect. I have my colour done whilst wearing pro-tac and it doesn't make a difference. However, that is without the heat lamp!

I really can't see it making a scrap of difference as long as you keep it all away from the pro-tac itself.

Don't hold me to that as I'm not 100%. I just can't see it being a problem..
